LUXE International Realty/Property Management was established in 2010, as the Broker-Owner of the firm, Melissa Zimbelman, was consistently approached by clients/investors about the need for a strong, caring and organized property management company to handle their needs.
Our goal is to meet/exceed clients’ needs and overcome common property management concerns regarding lack of communication, frequent non-responsiveness and the lack of accountability for quality marketing, expedient re-leasing after tenant move-out and proficient repair/issue handling.
